J.T. Eccleston is a writer, and author of the new novel “ACQUAINTANCES.” A story set in the 1950’s, 1960’s and 1970’s that follows four youth on train, ship and foot from Denmark to Italy to London and back to Denmark. The journey bonds and separates them, as they encounter each other amidst, terrorist bombings, political unrest and sexual predators. His characters follow a path similar to one he himself travelled in the spring of 1972 during which several of the events occurred that were brought to life in his novel.

In 2022 he published “Democracy Destroyers” an outsiders view of the direction our country was headed and those leading us there.

Jim is the winner of the 2024 Tulsa Night Writers flash fiction contest and lives in Tulsa Oklahoma. Having recently moved from the mountains of Colorado, back to his home state to be closer to family and friends he enjoys flatlander hiking and bike riding with his wife on their electric bikes.
